Analysis of Tensile-Compressive Ratio of Concrete with Mixed Fiber Gangue
摘要
To make the gangue better applied to the engineering practice, a four-factor (coal gangue replacement ratio of ceramsite, coal gangue replacement ratio of ceramsite, Content of SF, Content of PPF) orthogonal test was adopted to conduct compression test and splitting tensile test on the mixed fiber gangue concrete, and the splitting tensile strength and compression strength ratio were analyzed. The results show that the factors that influence the ratio are substitution rate of coal gangue pottery sand > substitution rate of coal gangue ceramsite > steel fiber volume content > polypropylene fiber volume content. The optimum content is 30% of the replacement rate of coal gangue ceramic, 25% of coal gangue ceramic sand replacement rate, 1.00% of SF, and 0.2% of PPF. The linear regression model can predict the tension/compression ratio of materials with different mix ratios within the selected range.
