This article describes the tasks and actions of the relevant railway employees in determining and controlling the dimensions of the rolling stock on the railway sections based on the gauge control device and transferring the data from the gauge control device to the centralization post in the event of an imbalance in the movement on time. Gauge control device is developed on the basis of microprocessor elements with software. Gauge control using non-contact technologies, by receiving information from infrared sensors and electromagnetic road sensors, if an imbalance is detected in the movement structure, it will determine in which part of the wagon and which axis of the movement the imbalance occurred in the wagon, and this, in turn, will quickly eliminate the imbalance by the relevant railway employees on time. It is possible to prevent trains from staying at the station for a long time and to increase work efficiency.
