Utilizing technological breakthroughs to address posture-related health issues and enhance general well-being is the goal of the “Posture Guard: Enhancing Well-being through Proactive Posture Management” initiative. In order to improve everyone’s spinal health, this study explores the application of proactive posture management techniques in communities. In this work, a method for integrating Mediapipe and OpenCV technologies to achieve precise pose estimation is presented. Pre-trained models for human posture assessment are available through the machine learning framework Mediapipe, while a variety of picture and video processing functionalities are available through the popular computer vision library OpenCV. The user is then given real-time posture feedback and recommendations for corrective action.
