Supply chains keep facing challenging situations to maintain the flow of their goods steady and continuous; they aim to deliver on time and in full, but disruptive events related to logistics infrastructure, political situations, environmental issues, and stakeholders’ performance keep happening, making the business world complex and uncertain. The need for organisations to achieve resilience is imminent and immediate, and there have been significant advances to enhance enterprise and supply chain resilience. However, all these efforts need a clear path to leverage scarce resources. This work proposes the essential features an organisation must have to formally assure resilience based on published conceptual frameworks and international norms; thus, the main objective is to define an interrelated set of features to enhance ER, where these features can become the basis for a certification program in ER. The expected result is a complete definition of these features, considering disruptive events’ origins, preventive and corrective actions, key performance indicators, knowledge management, innovation, and ISO standards assessments.

摘要
