The electrification planning problem consists in scheduling, over a time horizon, the electrification of a set of communities at a regional scale. This involves a complex decision-making process at geographic, time-wise and technological levels. This work introduces a planning methodology based on multistage stochastic programming, considering uncertain demand increases. The resulting Mixed Integer Linear Programming shows a high complexity, so a small size instance is solved here to analyse the corresponding trends.

摘要

The electrification planning problem consists in scheduling, over a time horizon, the electrification of a set of communities at a regional scale. This involves a complex decision-making process at geographic, time-wise and technological levels. This work introduces a planning methodology based on multistage stochastic programming, considering uncertain demand increases. The resulting Mixed Integer Linear Programming shows a high complexity, so a small size instance is solved here to analyse the corresponding trends.
