A Quantitative Analysis of Couriers Efficiency in Last-Mile and First-Mile Reverse Logistics
摘要
An in-depth understanding of the way delivery personnel work facilitates the identification of inefficiencies within the delivery and pickup processes, and this can lead to the optimization of workload allocation and significant improvements in profitability. This research analyses the operations of different couriers in the last-mile logistics sector, with the aim of assessing their delivery efficiency and idle times and learning about their conditioning factors.
