This study addresses the pressing issue of inadequate access to healthy diets, affecting around 42% of the global population. Bi-objective decision-making is combined with multi-criteria assessment to generate and select economically affordable, nutritious and environmentally-friendly diets. All quantitative methods are sought to be intuitive to assist decision-makers in regional and national governments. Results obtained from a real case study in Cambodia can help in identifying diets and specific food items to improve the population’s nutrition.
