In the context of globalization and the expansion of international economic relations, the presence of export potential is one of the important factors in the development (expansion) of industrial enterprises without attracting additional funds. In expanding international economic relations and ensuring the competitiveness of the national economy, expanding the export potential of enterprises is of great importance. This research examines the structure of export capacities and the factors influencing them and provides a definition of export potential considering the ESG agenda. The prospects of a company and industry can be assessed by the existing and potential demand for its products, internal environment, market share, and reputation. For the external activities of an exporting enterprise, it is necessary to determine a goal, evaluate it, and find ways to improve efficiency. This research also used a systemic approach, which helped identify the various factors affecting the export capabilities of an enterprise, their interrelationship, and diversity. The analysis of factors must be carried out continuously and in a structured manner to achieve maximum impact on all stages of managing the export potential of an enterprise.
