The research studies cutting-edge experience and aims to determine the prospect of sustainable development of the transport and logistics complex. The authors employ regression analysis for econometric modeling of the dependency of manifestations of stability in the transport and logistics complex on a set of regulatory measures. The research is based on WIPO and UN statistics for 2023. As a result of the research, the authors generalized the experience of the top 20 countries in the world regarding the sustainability of the development of the transport and logistics complex. On this basis, the authors compiled an econometric model of state regulation of this complex. The authors determined prospects and forecasted the sustainable development of Uzbekistan’s transport and logistics complex until 2030. The originality and scientific novelty of the author’s conclusions are related to the fact that they provided an in-depth elaboration of measures of state regulation of the transport and logistics complex and ranked them according to their effectiveness and significance. The improvement of the institutional environment turned out to be the most significant and consistent regulatory measure. The second most significant and controversial measure was the investment climate and the volume of financing for the development of the transport and logistics complex. The third most significant and controversial measure was stimulating the growth of e-commerce intensity. The least significant and negatively influencing stability was the efficiency of customs regulation in support of international trade freedom. The theoretical significance of the obtained results is associated with the fact that they revealed previously unknown causal relationships between the implementation of regulatory measures and the sustainable development of the transport and logistics complex. The empirical value of this research is determined by the fact that the implementation of the proposed author’s recommendations to improve the practice of state regulation of the transport and logistics complex will make it possible to most completely disclose the potential for sustainable development of this complex in Uzbekistan by 2030.

摘要
