In certain areas, there is a shortage of water, which makes cleaning more difficult and expensive. Numerous parameters including sun intensity, module area, semiconductor, and tracking mechanism influence the efficiency of solar photovoltaic technology, which is extensively utilized for efficient energy conversion. Because of how much dust and dust accumulation affect the productivity, these topics have emerged as crucial study issues which will be of immense benefit in the future. Hence a method is proposed to detect the accumulation of dust using Node MCU Method to measure the amount of dust accumulated and to trigger the cleaning mechanism for effective and efficient operation of solar panel.
