Several studies have proposed ranking methodologies for cell phones, as new models with enhanced capabilities offer greater benefits to users, making them increasingly important in assisting daily decision-making. However, most research has revealed deficiencies related to the confidence levels of decision-makers in providing judgments, which significantly affect the final ranking outcomes. Moreover, expert opinions often influence one another, and these experts frequently demonstrate subjective, bounded rationality during the decision-making process. This research presents a novel approach utilizing an extended ORESTE-based Pythagorean linguistic multicriteria quantum group decision-making methodology to address this issue. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed methodology, focusing on five prominent smartphone brands: Apple, Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, and Asus. The results show that Huawei is the most preferred brand, followed by OPPO and Apple, in the selection of the optimal smartphone.

摘要
