The prey-predator model of competition graphs and collaboration model of graphs have been discussed as the backbone of the study. In classical competition graphs, competition arises when predators share a common preys (nodes). This model is extended to the quantum graphs, where vertices with dynamic weights and entangled edges. The concept of quantum coopetition graphs with the dynamics of competition and collaboration has been introduced here.The properties of the relevant concepts have been discussed.
