Decision-making often relies on subjective experience; however, certain viewpoints may lack clarity, complicating their articulation for policymakers. Consequently, researchers must develop scientific decision frameworks, such as the multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) approach in a linguistic setting, which is gaining popularity among scholars. In linguistic contexts, the degree of membership is typically expressed, but the degrees of non-membership and hesitation from experts often remain unarticulated. Pythagorean Linguistic Numbers/Values (PLNs/PLVs) offer innovative solutions to this problem. In modern MCGDM scenarios, experts are frequently seen as autonomous, and their psychological factors are rarely considered. Nevertheless, in many cases, experts’ perspectives tend to influence each other, and they often exhibit subjective, bounded rationality throughout the decision-making process. This chapter introduces a quantum scenario-based multicriteria group decision-making framework that incorporates the Log-TODIM-TOPSIS method, utilizing Pythagorean linguistic information to address these challenges. Finally, we apply our proposed model to a numerical problem in an investment context, performing sensitivity and comparative analyses. The approach is grounded in the recommended sensitivity and comparative evaluation.
