The Federal State Statistics Service and the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage (Rosprirodnadzor) have reported a steady increase in the volume of industrial and domestic waste across all hazard classes in recent years, along with a growing number of waste disposal sites. Increasing concern over environmental conditions has led to a heightened demand for new construction methods, as this industry exerts a significant impact on the environment and consumes large quantities of natural resources. This paper examines the characteristics of the construction sector in the context of “sustainable construction.” It outlines environmentally-oriented approaches to the development, construction, and operation of highways using information modeling technologies.

摘要
