Assessment of the State and Development Prospects of the Construction Infrastructure of the Agricultural Industry in Russia Under the Conditions of Sanctions Restrictions
摘要
The article considers the issues of development of agricultural industry in Russia under sanctions restrictions. The study identified the prerequisites for the development of the agricultural sector of Russia, which is characterized by an increase in fixed capital investments and the commissioning of new facilities. At the same time, there is a tendency for a slight increase in the depreciation of fixed assets in agriculture in Russia. Separately, it was possible to establish the lag of Russia in terms of crop yields, which is due to a number of reasons from the low level of application of genetic engineering in growing crops to the low level of automation of processes. In addition, the use of remote monitoring technologies for agricultural crops requires a change in the paradigms of designing agricultural facilities, taking into account the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, including the use of mobile complexes. Separately, it was possible to establish that sanctions restrictions spurred the development and use of domestic developments, but the level of readiness of the infrastructure and design of modern agricultural facilities almost do not take into account the new emerging trends in the innovative development of the sector.
