The study results of the stress-strain state and force resistance features of compressed tube-concrete elements with square cross-section, made from various concrete types are presented in this article. Spiral reinforcement was placed in the pipe-concrete elements concrete core to increase the strength and ultimate deformations. Such structures have practically not been studied before and have good prospects for use as heavily loaded columns in high-rise and multi-story buildings. The compressed tube-concrete element with a square cross-section design was improved based on the performed work results. It was possible to significantly increase its strength compared to known analogues due to high-strength tensile concrete use. The developed structure high strength and ductility indicate that their destruction requires a large energy amount. It will significantly increase the frames survivability made using pipe-concrete elements. In general, the study made it possible to propose a new universal method concept for determining the compressed pipe-concrete structures load-bearing capacity with varying flexibility, which can be made from different concrete types with longitudinal and (or) indirect reinforcement.

摘要
