Fire Resistance of Wooden Structures and Ways to Improve it
摘要
Fire protection of structures is an integral part of the general system of measures to ensure fire safety and fire resistance of buildings and structures. It is aimed at reducing the fire hazard of wooden structures, and at ensuring the required fire resistance limit approaches to the protection of wood from fire, through the use of software packages. The use of deep and surface impregnation of structural elements was considered as ways to increase fire protection and bioprotection. The importance of calculating the fire protection of the joints of wooden structures, as well as the protection of joints by using a protective layer, as a necessary measure to comply with the required fire resistance, was determined. Treating wood with special fire retardants and impregnations plays a key role in ensuring the safety of the structure. By combining fire protection methods, the fire resistance and bioprotection of wood can be increased several times. The process is primarily aimed at reducing the risk of fire in structures and ensuring the required level of fire resistance. Also touched upon are software complexes for determining the fire resistance limit, as an innovative and cost-effective tool for determining and increasing fire resistance, and the benefits in the development of such methods in the field of construction. The most functional programs at the moment were identified and their list of functions was touched upon.
