This bibliometric study looks at the development of research into tourism e-reputation between 2010 and 2024. Based on 115 articles indexed in the Scopus database, an in-depth analysis was carried out using VOSviewer and R Bibliometrix to identify trends and major contributions in this field. The results show a rapid growth in publications from 2015 onwards, coinciding with the rise of online review platforms such as TripAdvisor and the increased use of social networks. Several emerging themes were identified, including the importance of online reviews, sentiment analysis, Big Data and e-tourism. In addition, the research reveals a growing interest in proactive online reputation management, underlining the importance of interactions between tourism businesses and their customers. Finally, this study highlights the need to look more closely at the impact of new technologies and crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, on the online reputation of tourist destinations.
