Sustainability issues in the largest tropical forest region in the world involve issues related to communication. In this text, we seek to understand the Amazon narrative broadcast on regional television news programs in the State of Pará, broadcasted by affiliates of the main Brazilian TV channel, based on the analysis of coverage of a combat operation against deforestation launched by the Government of the State of Pará in August 2020 in light of the framing theory.
