This study sought to discuss the migratory issue and the change in lifestyle of the Warao Indigenous people, from the capital Tucupita, state of Delta Amacuro—Venezuela, and aims to elucidate the social, cultural, linguistic and economic organization within the Brazilian urban context, as well as its acceptances, limitations, difficulties and motivations, given that territorial racism is part of the planning dynamics. The investigation also encompasses actions taken by local governmental and non-governmental organizations, which proposed measures to meet the social, religious, educational, and health demands of the Warao. The field research took place at Cáritas Arquidiocesana of Porto Velho, which serves the aforementioned public through solidarity and emergency actions. The geographic category analysis was based on the concept of territory and its territorial aspects, of territoriality, multiterritoriality and decoloniality; as well as the territorial markers. This is a bibliographical and empirical research, using data from theses, dissertations and articles published in the scientific and academic field, from the application of a semi-structured questionnaire, necessary for the collective construction of the study, with a qualitative nature and phenomenological analysis, in order to punctuate the human events as a result of migratory manifestations.
