The Mediating Role of Artificial Intelligence Strategy on Strategic Thinking Skills and Digital Leadership at Baghdad's General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries
摘要
Public attention is paid to digital leadership as an up-to-date issue that is only now beginning to gain traction, however still very little is known about its nature, definition, and structures in Iraq. This paper aims to explore the impact of strategic thinking skills and its three dimensions (System thinking skills, Reframing thinking skills, and reflective thinking skills) on artificial intelligence strategy and the mediating role of these skills in digital leadership. We contacted the managers of Baghdad's General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries to test our hypotheses utilizing the upper echelons theory. The data have been collected based on a survey questionnaire, 100 questionnaires out of 120 have been returned successfully, The analysis of our data was conducted using AMOS and SPSS software, The study used “reliability”, “correlation”, and “multiple regression”, analysis techniques to examine the relationship between study variables. It’s resulted that an artificial intelligence strategy partially mediates the association between strategic thinking skills and digital leadership.
