Digital heritage can increase accessibility to existing cultural heritage and change the way it is experienced through informatization and digitization of cultural heritage. And digital cultural heritage can be used for international cooperation and cultural exchange. In Korea, digital cultural heritage is being produced and utilized targeting UNESCO cultural heritage sites in the ASEAN region produced in Korea from 2000 to the present. The main purpose of these contents is digital restoration of individual cultural heritage, and the developed contents were mainly used for museum exhibitions. Applied digital technologies include 3D video, 3D scanning, VR, AR, and multimedia.
