Postmortem: Practical Lessons in Incubating Creative Development
摘要
This chapter develops several practical lessons based on the ethnography of crux events. The lessons learned come in two forms. First, the lessons are based on the importance and why the practitioner should care. These may not tie directly to a single crux event. Second, the chapter offers recommendations on how (not) to address them. These are based on crux events. The six main lessons are based around membership, resistance, interns, mentor meetings, feedback, and institutional knowledge.
