Tourist services have contributed to boosting the economy of a location, generating income for society and benefiting the development of the region directly and indirectly. Tourist service centers, in a broader definition, include food and accommodation establishments, entertainment, transport, security, leisure, culture, attractions and infrastructure. This work emerges from the need to identify attributes capable of improving the customer experience, whether they are resident or non-resident visitors to service centers, such as Orla de Atalaia in Aracaju, state of Sergipe – Brazil. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the perception of the most relevant tourist aspects from the perspective of tourists and residents. 173 participants were considered as a sample, 108 residents of the state of Sergipe and 65 non-residents. The KANO Model made it possible to identify, among the services offered, those that were most relevant, with aspects such as urban cleaning, gastronomic variety and number of available establishments categorized as a One-Dimensional (U) attribute in both groups. These three characteristics stood out in the satisfaction coefficient (SC) in the non-resident group, presenting values such as 0.72 for urban cleanliness, 0.80 for gastronomic variety and 0.80 for the number of establishments available. And they also stood out in the correlation between groups, enabling proposals to improve service performance and promote visitor satisfaction.
