Industry 4.0 is a fact, and businesses need to change how they think about the world as it changes in order to stay ahead of the competition. To make the most of industry 4.0’s opportunities and handle its issues, HR workers need to be strategic business partners and talent managers. Seven themes that kept coming up showed this. To do this, they need to have HR skills like strategic partnership, creative innovation, change agent, and people support. The lives of workers and their jobs are part of human resources. It’s important to understand how industry 4.0 will change not only workers and their jobs, but also HR duties and tasks that are linked to them. It is very important to think about what HR professionals will do during the change. So, the point of this study is to find out how things connected to the fourth industrial revolution will change the jobs of HR professionals.
