In order to improve the bad shape of hot strip steel products, the regulation law of plate shape of the unit was studied. By collecting and analyzing the production data of a large number of strip steel with bad shape, the problems existing in the shape specification of hot rollingHot rolling units are found. Finally, the shape of the work roll of hot rollingHot rolling in the production line was optimized. Industrial tests have been carried out.
