Building an Operational Resource Management System in the Equipment Reliability Management Loop Within the Framework of IT-Transformation
摘要
The paper proposes a new approach to resource management to improve the efficiency of production equipment management in the digital transformation of the IT landscape. Important attention is paid to the use of formal methods that can achieve more significant results compared to traditional approaches. Digital transformation is considered not only in the context of corporate information system development, but also within the framework of the DIKIW pyramid model, which is widely used in transformation processes. Theoretical and methodological aspects of planning and operational resource management for maintaining target performance indicators (KPIs) in the equipment reliability management loop are described. It is shown that existing methods based on combinatorial models are close to the limit of their effectiveness in enterprise information systems (EIS). To expand the capabilities of EIS and increase their efficiency, the use of methods based on the digital layer of the DIKIW model is proposed. The paper develops a conceptual logical-algebraic model of operational planning and adaptive resource management, and justifies its implementation in EIS components, indicating its differences from traditional approaches. The proposed methods demonstrate high efficiency in solving problems of production systems management, which confirms their theoretical and practical significance in the digital era.
