These innovations have culminated in a comprehensive ultra-fine dropletUltra-fine droplet horizontal desulfurizationHorizontal desulfurization technology, tailored for aluminum reductionAluminum reduction flue gas. During the demonstration application, this technology has demonstrated stable operation and significant advantages compared to traditional methods. It boasts a higher desulfurization efficiency, with an outlet sulfur dioxide emission concentration below 20 mg/Nm3. Moreover, the system's energy consumptionEnergy consumption is significantly reduced, with electricity consumption per ton of aluminum amounting to only 52.97 kW·h. Additionally, it offers a shorter construction period, easier maintenance, and lower operating costs. Consequently, this technology presents vast potential for widespread application.
