摘要

This study examines the evolution of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the context of Industry 4.0, a revolution marked by the integration of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics into manufacturing and service sectors. It details the transition from traditional quality management to Quality 4.0, which utilizes digital technologies to enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The study evaluates various existing Quality 4.0 frameworks, analyzing their strengths and limitations based on established evaluation criteria from a comprehensive literature review. This research enhances academic and practical understanding of Quality 4.0 by comparing multiple models, addressing current deficiencies, and proposing a novel Quality 4.0 Implementation framework that targets these identified gaps.
