This chapter discusses software quality management of software projects, and we discuss software activities such as software inspections, software testing, quality audits, quality reviews, learning lessons during a project, and problem-solving tools. We discuss the ISO 9000 standard and the CMMI maturity model, which play an important role in improving capability and quality.
