Assessment of the Degree of Influence of Vehicle Changes on Road Surface Wear
摘要
The active development of the urban transport network in the modern world entails not only a positive component (increased speed, comfort and volumes of movement of people, cargo transportation) but also a negative one (traffic congestion, accelerated wear of the road surface, the appearance of ruts, deterioration of the environmental condition and others). However, this process is inevitable today due to a number of reasons: the use of studded tires; influence of weather conditions; outdated methods of winter maintenance; non-compliance with transport load and others. This article is devoted to the problem of premature wear of the coating in the upper layers of road pavement. The work identified the causes of wear and put forward proposals for their elimination; The dependence of coating wear on various indicators is presented, the main ones of which are the speed of vehicles and the mass of the stud. An analysis of transport facilities in the largest cities of the world was carried out and one of the influencing factors was examined in detail - the discrepancy in the transport load in the form of taking into account changes in vehicle lanes, through remote research of the parameters of the main traffic flow; The values of the coefficient of distribution of traffic intensity along lanes obtained by direct accounting were compared with the data of normative literature and recommendations were presented for solving the problem of inconsistency with the traffic load.
