Reduction of construction time of each subsequent series of residential buildings is a progressive trend in most cities of the Russian Federation. Residential neighborhoods of Kazan city are increasingly built up with large-panel residential buildings as part of the implementation of the program for the construction of social mortgage housing. Determination of construction time only in accordance with the current regulatory documents does not always lead to a reliable result. This article is devoted to determining the construction time of large-panel residential buildings of the ABD-9000K series in Kazan city. The analysis and processing of the initial statistical data were performed in the Microsoft Excel software package by the method of multiple correlation and regression analysis. Three regression equations were obtained to determine the duration of construction of large-panel residential buildings without taking into account the influence of external factors. The most qualitative model that led to the most reliable result was determined. The characteristics of the building that had the greatest impact on the value of the construction time were established.
