The article deals with the data reconciliation gasoline blending mathematical model taking into account the qualitative characteristics of the components. The quality balance mathematical model opens new perspectives for blending control. A system for monitoring compounding and diagnosing gross measurement errors is described. The optimal planning NLP-model is applied for refinery profit calculations depending on the component quality. Methods for increasing the economic efficiency obtained from the use of blending optimization systems are proposed.
