Resilient and Inclusive Pathways to Sustainable Organizational Design
摘要
This research advances the discourse on sustainable organizational design by examining how adaptive leadership and technological integration transform modern business structures. By positioning psychological resilience and inclusive competence as central mediators, it presents a novel framework that drives long-term sustainability. The study argues these mediators enable organizations to remain agile and responsive amidst accelerating environmental and societal disruptions. Grounded in interdisciplinary insights from organizational behavior, leadership, and technology management, it introduces the “Resilient and Inclusive Pathways” model, aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities. While the framework is primarily theoretical, it highlights the need for empirical validation and industry-specific refinement. Moreover, it provides a strategic blueprint for organizations navigating the complexities of digital transformation.
