The purpose of this chapter is to review the literature on Corporate Hypocrisy from the perspective of the employees employing the ADO-TCM methodology This framework analyzes antecedents (factors leading to CH perceptions), decisions (employee responses to CH) and outcomes (consequences of CH perceptions). Additionally, the SLR explores the theories, contexts and methodological approaches employed in CH research. It is based on a systematic literature review addressing corporate hypocrisy in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The analysis encompasses Antecedents, Decisions and Outcomes, alongside insights into Theories, Contexts and Methods utilized in existing research. The PRISMA-S protocol was followed, and 13 articles were included in the final sample. This chapter provides a review of existing literature on corporate hypocrisy. It organizes the information based on a deductive approach with three main categories (Antecedents, Decisions and Outcomes). This framework can be a valuable tool for researchers and organizations interested in this topic.
