摘要
Although the AI processing of personal and, specifically, emotional data can enhance the wellbeingWellbeing of people, it can also intrude on fundamental rights, such as physical and mental integrity, autonomy and privacy. Instruments such as the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA; Official version of the Act: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1689/oj ) concentrate on risk assessment and avoiding the risks and perceived dangers of the use of AI systems, thereby negating the positive aspect in increasing wellbeingWellbeing by AI.
