In this chapter, we will illustrate the practical application of psychology and personality models with the example of the PM-Simulator project. It is a project management simulator aimed at university students. Its goal is to give students the opportunity to confront real challenges they will face in the role of a project manager. However, this is not a passive, static filling in of documents or forms. We have used LLMs and knowledge from psychology to give AI agents personalities. We call this Artificial Persona we described in Chap. 4 .
