A revolutionary shift in the healthcare industry has been sparked by the merging of Blockchain and AI technology, bringing about a new method of managing patient data and conducting diagnostic procedures. In order to provide seamless healthcare data sharing and diagnostic capabilities, this study presents a novel approach that makes use of cutting-edge AI algorithms and Blockchain’s safe platform. This concept establishes a new paradigm for healthcare professionals to access and analyze patient health records by addressing long-standing concerns of privacy and data security. Due to privacy and trust concerns, sharing medical information has historically been reluctant, which has hampered effective diagnosis. The development of Blockchain technology presents a ground-breaking solution, enabling the development of a safe and private ecosystem for the exchange of healthcare data. The suggested framework enables controlled and authenticated access to medical records by integrating Blockchain and AI within a recommender diagnostic computer system. X-ray images are used to diagnose COVID-19 using the Ethereum Blockchain, access control systems, and deep learning methods. The approach fixes problems with centralized access control (CAC) systems while enhancing diagnostic precision and data security. Transparency and traceability of data are also ensured. A significant development in healthcare data management, this integration paves the path for improved patient privacy and improved diagnostic methods. The approach to COVID-19 diagnosis in the healthcare sector is revolutionized by creating a secure and effective data exchange platform. Future breakthroughs in healthcare are greatly possible thanks to the combination of AI and blockchain, which bodes well for the future of the world’s healthcare systems.
