Hepatic lesions can be divided mainly into two groups: solids and cystic. Firstly, the differential diagnosis of solid lesions, commonly made in a noninvasive manner, will be discussed. It’s important to remember that some solid lesions, like hemangiomas, have a cystic component as well.
