Smart Technologies System Implementation Using a Case Study in the South African Library Education Sector

Smart technology systems are the most important software applications adopted by the Library Educational Sector, with significant investments made in their implementation. However, unlike other applications, little research on these systems has been conducted in a school setting. The purpose of this paper is to provide critical review of previous research in Smart Technologies Systems in Library Education Sector, with a particular emphasis on schools in South Africa. This research serves as a foundation for an evaluation of previous research and research needs in the library sectors, but also makes progressive input in identifying the benefits of the smart technologies systems in the higher education sector from various perspectives, Qualitative research is used in this paper to obtain and analyze information and this paper focuses on suggesting the causes and effects. Our results demonstrate how the implementation of smart technology system assists not only in making the student’s lives easier but also the lecturer’s lives easier as it helps them save time and helps them to be more involved in their student’s education. The method used in this paper is a flexible approach and it assists in getting more results as it also explains something’s that numbers alone cannot reveal. Our results have implications for understanding the importance of smart technology implementation and how it provides efficient operations in universities.
