The digital mode of teaching-learning has been hailed as the next big thing in the ambit of ICT. The COVID-19 lockdowns also witnessed astounding percolations in the circa of digital learning with head-turning proliferations, uncanny characteristics of learning applications and off course, prodigious acceptance and usage of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). The process has been further propelled by both e-commerce and m-commerce. Unlike other online courses which may charge fees, MOOC offers learning in a virtual platform without the payment of a tuition fee and offers convenience like “no lectures” and “no limit on attendance”. There are quite few more additional factors which make MOOC very alluring and largely used among students. However, the essence of the current research study exists in probing into the perceptions of students towards MOOC, which is explained with the help of a TPACK framework. Unlike TAM framework which can also serve as a base for exploring perceptions towards technology, “TPACK” is more reliable and general in the context of “online teaching-learning”. A structured questionnaire has been used to survey the responses of undergraduate students of various college in the city of Kolkata and their responses has been analyzed via AMOS v23, with the help of “Structural Equation Modeling” (SEM). The findings reveal positive perception among the undergraduate students towards acceptance and usage of MOOC.

The COVID-19 lockdowns also witnessed astounding percolations in the circa of digital learning with head-turning proliferations, uncanny characteristics of learning applications and off course, prodigious acceptance and usage of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC).
