This paper is an attempt to implement Deep Learning and AI using Logical Regression Algorithm to investigate the impact of group discussions on the improvement of spoken English proficiency among non-native English speakers. The study involved 100 participants from Mohan Babu University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, who were enrolled in an English language course, in I year B.Tech. The participants were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group participated in group discussions while the control group did not. The participants were evaluated before and after the intervention using a speaking test. The results of the study showed that the experimental group had a significant improvement in their speaking scores compared to the control group. The experimental group participants demonstrated better-speaking fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Additionally, the experimental group participants reported feeling more confident and comfortable speaking in English. The findings of this study suggest that group discussions are an effective method for improving spoken English proficiency among non-native English speakers.
