Videos or pictures taken during a sandstorm generally have yellowish tones, low contrast, and poor vision. This is due to the fact that among the imaging equipment and the objects being examined, sand dust particles disperse and absorb particular light spectrum. Inclement weather will cause these deteriorated sand dust photos to lose brightness and become worse. One kind of image processing is enhancing images, which aims to raise the original image's appearance and informational value.
