IoMT has ushered into the IoT era and has occupied most of the expanse of integrated computing technologies. IoMT, however has many problems with the devices, that arise with the synchronization of computing power. The present work proposes a data privacy protection and schemes for retrievability through queries for the medical workers in the integrated computing environment like edge+fog+cloud. The edge devices are IoMT devices which collect the data and collate with various data structures for the seamless transmission into the storages and to the medical workers as responses to the queries. The multidimensional range tree structures and index tree are conceptually introduced to enable the richness of the retrievability schemes and simulated. The simulation proves the significantly less energy costs and more retrievability.
