Although I have tried my hand at poetry since my teenage years and I have a poem related to water resources management, which was published in the renowned technical university “samizdat” magazine of the hydraulic engineering students of the Budapest University of Technology, the Surrantó (Spillway Chut) (see Appendix C), the reader does not have to fear that I intend to plagiarize the title of Arany János's poem. This danger is even less likely because I feel that looking back on my career does not have to be accompanied by the subtle melancholy that made Arany's wonderful poem—in addition to the unparalleled beauty of the use of the Hungarian language—immortal.

摘要
