Overview of Literature: Geographical and Legal Concepts
摘要
In discussing issues relating to jurisdictional limits—whether on land, at sea, and above and below the sea surface—a sound understanding of the bathymetric and geophysical aspects of the geographical setting and the legal concepts of implementing policies and regulations should be supported by utilising aeronautical and nautical charts and maps with secondary statistical information and state practice. The narrative that follows focuses on the processes of defining, delineating, demarcating, and delimiting international political maritime and terrestrial boundaries.
