Electromagnetic interference (EMI) has long been a headache problem for power electronics researchers and engineers. As the WBG devices operate at much higher switching speeds and frequencies than conventional Si devices, the EMI issues are shifted to a higher frequency range from that of conventional Si devices. This shift introduces new challenges, such as radiated EMI issues, for power electronics researchers and engineers.

摘要

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) has long been a headache problem for power electronics researchers and engineers. As the WBG devices operate at much higher switching speeds and frequencies than conventional Si devices, the EMI issues are shifted to a higher frequency range from that of conventional Si devices. This shift introduces new challenges, such as radiated EMI issues, for power electronics researchers and engineers.
