Business organizations must establish a balance between economic rewards and environmental effects when navigating the era of Twin Transition, supporting a comprehensive and sustainable approach to growth and development. The integration of employee green and digital behaviors becomes critical within the Twin Transition framework. Despite an acknowledged awareness of the utility of the twin transitions, there is a notable dearth of information regarding the organizational factors influencing employee behavior amidst the twin transitions, along with the interconnections between digital and green behaviors. This study proposes ‘Twin Transition Workplace Behavior’ and ‘Twin Transition Innovation Performance’ to assess the importance of digital and green workplace behaviors to foster innovation performance in relation to sustainability and digitalization. Results show a positive association between ‘Twin Transition Workplace Behavior’ and ‘Twin Transition Innovation Performance,’ suggesting that organizations fostering such behaviors experience higher innovation levels. Through an examination of organizational digital and green behaviors, the study provides valuable insights into the organizational aspects influencing the innovativeness of a firm during implementing Twin Transition. Organizations can use the results to make informed strategic decisions concerning the Twin Transition.
