The increasing attention on hybrid work and organizational sustainability, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, has contributed to revisiting the dynamics of Human Resource Management (HRM), creating new opportunities in the current working environment also in fostering organizational wellbeing. However, in the new post-pandemic situation, although it is evident how the sustainable side of the hybrid work represents a relevant subject, the research landscape on this topic is still fragmented, necessitating a targeted review to achieve an understanding of the phenomenon. In order to fill this gap, this study follows a bibliometric analysis of the scientific landscape concerning the intersection of hybrid work, organizational sustainability, and human resource well-being. Starting from 45 articles retrieved from Web of Science (WoS) database, the analysis explores the intersections and dynamics among these themes, mapping the state of the art in this research domain. The findings, identifying key trends, influential authors, and relevant academic contributions, highlight that, behind the trigger role of the pandemic, emerging research paths on the sustainable side of hybrid work should also focus on HRM factors such as leadership and employee engagement. Implications, limitations and potential future research directions are finally discussed, contributing to the ongoing debate on these contemporary topics.

摘要
