Nanotechnology is one of the key factors igniting a new industrial transformation across several industries, from nanocomposites to medical to sensing and biosensing uses (Arof et al. in Mater Today: Proc 17:388–393, 2019). Compared to mass materials, nanoscale materials, which measure about 100 nm in at least one dimension, have unique physicochemical, optical, magnetic, and biochemical properties. (He et al. in J Food Drug Anal 27:1–21, 2019). The beneficial properties of this nanomaterial include a high surface area to volume ratio, high Young's elasticity and high tensile strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion, hydrogen-bonding capability, biocompatibility, eco-friendliness, renewability, and lack of toxicity (Salimi et al. ACS Sustain Chem Eng 7:15,800–15,827, 2019). Utilizing green, renewable, and viable resources is more crucial than ever for creating various high-quality, environmentally friendly goods.
